I'm so excited to announce my new series "Small Shop Wednedays" where I will be featuring small shops from across the web! I'll talk about quality, communication, my favorites and more! This week I have the opportunity to write about T&P Design , a cute Etsy shop based out of Greensboro, North Carolina. I worked directly with the shop owner, Taylor, and she is fabulous!! Her adorable shop features handcrafted quality wood signs with quotes, sayings, and more to "help your house feel more like a home"! I ended up getting three signs from her and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! The first one says "Just Love Today" and it's a constant reminder that I totally need. Fall is my favorite season by far! The colors, the weather, the food, the clothes. It's so perfect! Today I'm going to share a few of my must haves for a perfect fall wardrobe. Enjoy! Up first, a great pair of skinny jeans! I absolutely love skinny jeans and there are so many great ones out there! Mine are from H&M . I got them a few years ago so I'm not sure if they're still in stock, but H&M has a ton of great pants for great prices so you're bound to find something! If you live in New England, another great place to find skinny jeans is Primark (see my previous post). Express also has great jeans. Having several different washes and colors is a must. It makes mixing and matching outfits easier. Options are nice! Next, a warm over-sized sweater! This white open front cardigan from LOFT is so wonderful! Yesterday was mine and Shawn’s six-year anniversary. It’s crazy how time flies! It’s been a whirlwind and I can’t imagine going through it without Shawn by my side. As I contemplated what to write for this post, I got thinking about how Shawn and I met and thought it would be kind of fun to share our story! So if you’ve heard it, I apologize. If not, maybe you’ll get some laughs! I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. My parents had lived their whole lives there. My grandparents lived there. My dad worked there. My sisters were in school there. I didn’t see them moving anytime soon, but I guess the long cold winters of Eastern Washington had finally taken their toll (eight feet of snow in two weeks will do that to you). My family and I had visited the beautiful, sunny town of St. George, Utah during Spring Break of 2008. I hadn’t believed in love at first site until that point…my parents were smitten with this quaint little southern town! It was 75 degrees in March...
