What's Up Wednesday - 3.25.2020

Today I'm linking up with my girls Shay and Sheaffer for another round of "What's Up Wednesday"! These sweet gals started WUW, a little link up party where we all share what’s going on in our crazy lives right now. We talk about food, family, what we’re wearing, what we’re doing, what we’re watching and a little bit of everything else all in one post! Let's dive in!!
WHAT WE’RE EATING THIS WEEK:
Pork Roast with Potatoes and Carrots and Gluten Free Cornbread
Homemade Breakfast Bowls (see my Instagram "Yummy Food" highlight)
WHAT I’M REMINISCING ABOUT:
My birthday a couple weeks ago and all the fun we had with family! Can't believe I'm in the last years of my twenties! We went to Hard Eight for some delicious BBQ, played a ton of pickle ball and did some shopping.

WHAT I’M LOVING:
This primer from Benefit Cosmetics! So silky smooth and helps my makeup go on so well! Love it!

WHAT WE’VE BEEN UP TO:
Same as everyone else...quarantined and stuck inside haha! Shawn and I have been trying to find ways to stay busy, positive and sane! So we decided to build baby girl a dresser! Yay for fun projects to stay busy during this crazy time. We designed it from scratch and both had input on what we wanted. I can't wait to see how it turns out! We've also been going on really long walks every day. The weather here is amazing right now!
WHAT I’M DREADING:
Learning what else will be canceled or postponed in the coming months. I was supposed to go to a Dan + Shay concert last weekend, but it was postponed until the end of July. Unfortunately, COVID19 has shut down so many things...and I have a feeling more will be soon. But I'm trying to stay positive and look for other fun things to do!
WHAT I’M WORKING ON:
A couple things...new designs for my spring shirt collection and an adorable mobile for baby girl's room! More info to come on the spring tees. The mobile I'm making is going to include a wood ring, large cream pom poms and handmade yarn rainbows. Sounds a little crazy I know, but I think it will be so cute! Here are a few of my inspo pics.
WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT:
Getting closer to meeting baby girl! I'm almost 29 weeks and things are getting real! Shawn and I have been trying so hard to think of a name, but are struggling. If you'd like to share some cute girl names, leave them in the comments!
WHAT I’M WATCHING/READING:
I'm currently binging "Designated Survivor" on Netflix. Shawn and I also started watching "SWAT" on Hulu and we're hooked! I'm ashamed to admit...I haven't been doing too much reading recently. I soooo need to do better!
WHAT I’M LISTENING TO:
I've been listening to a bunch of new songs to try and put together a labor and delivery playlist! Any recommendations are welcome! Here are some of my faves so far:
"What a Man Gotta Do" - Jonas Brothers
"Does to Me" - Luke Combs
"Blinding Lights" - The Weeknd
"Intentions" - Justin Bieber ft. Quavo
 "Chasin' You" - Morgan Wallen
"Before You Go" - Lewis Capaldi
WHAT I’M WEARING:
Leggings and sweats! Baby girl is growing and besides a couple pair of maternity jeans, I've been living in my comfy joggers and my favorite pair of black leggings. Anyone have suggestions on wear to get cute, stylish maternity clothes?
WHAT I’M DOING THIS WEEKEND:
Painting baby girl's crib! Shawn made her a crib for Christmas and we finally picked out a color and are going to paint it this weekend!!
WHAT I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH:
Hopefully not being quarantined anymore! It's really hard to make plans when no one knows how long we will be stuck inside and how many more events will be canceled. One thing I am looking forward to is General Conference for our church when we get to hear from our Prophet and other church leaders!
WHAT ELSE IS NEW:
Not much! Just trying to stay sane and survive being at home all day!
Happy Wednesday! I hope you all have a fabulous day and rest of the week!
